Group Mat Classes
Our group classes provide a fun and motivating environment to learn Pilates. We offer classes at various times and locations throughout the week, making it easy to find a class that fits your busy schedule. Here's a breakdown of our current group classes:

One-to-One Sessions
Personalised instruction allows us to tailor a Pilates program specifically to your needs and goals.
Postural Analysis Review: This session identifies any postural issues and creates a personalised plan for correction, including exercises, stretches, and lifestyle recommendations.
Mat Pilates: This traditional Pilates session utilises a mat to improve core strength, flexibility, and balance.
Reformer Pilates: This session uses the reformer machine to enhance length, strength, flexibility, and balance through a wider range of exercises.
We also offer small group mat and reformer sessions for a more social experience.

On-Demand Video
For those who prefer to practice at home, we offer a library of over 200 Pilates videos. These videos cater to all levels and include: 1-hour
sessions, tutorials and a selection of ‘Simply Stretching’ moves that target a specific muscle.
