For me, teaching Pilates is more than a business. I'm passionate about seeing people experience the benefits of this unique exercise method.

My Journey to Becoming a Pilates Instructor
Ten years ago, I became a Stott Certified Pilates Instructor. Initially, I incorporated Pilates to support my work as a Clinical Massage Therapist, but I soon realised its potential to improve overall well-being.
My experience as a Clinical Massage Therapist combined with my passion for teaching allows me to deliver Pilates in an enjoyable yet effective way.
